This page contains 2 sets of reports:
Annual reports
Each year, the OCME must submit reports to the House and Senate Committee on Ways and Means. These reports include caseloads, the number of procedures performed, and average response time to a scene, how many decedents were identified and how quickly, and other data about OCME operations.
Child fatality annual reports
Each year, the state convenes a group of experts who analyze birth and death records, medical records, social service case files, autopsy reports, and police records. They produce annual reports that include policy recommendations for reducing child fatalities in Massachusetts. The reports also provide data about the rate of death for children under 17; causes of death; and deaths by race, ethnicity, and gender.
