Use in various circumstances, including when: the child support amount is different than the presumptive guidelines amount; the parties’ income exceeds $400,0000; income is imputed or attributed; the cost of health care coverage is an undue hardship; or when a parent can afford more than 50% of U-Mass Amherst.
