Finalized in 2020, the documents in the first two sections provide tools for communities with curbside collection programs to use in developing strong partnerships with collection vendors and processing facilities (MRFs).
A third section provides links to state waste equipment, service, supply, and consulting contracts available to all Massachusetts municipalities.
