Water Management Act Registration Renewals

Renewed Registration Statements authorizing continued withdrawals from April 8, 2023 through April 7, 2033 have been issued by MassDEP.

All registrants should review the terms and conditions of their registrations. Those issued registrations with a Use identified as being for Public Water Supply or Golf, should note the new conditions that require reductions in nonessential outdoor water uses during droughts declared by the Secretary of the Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs. These new conditions are included in your renewed Registration Statement per amended Water Management Act regulations (310 CMR 36.07).
