Salem Program Days/Hours: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
The program runs on first come first served basis.

Those seeking assistance from the program must fill out an income eligibility form to determine if the individual qualifies for services.
**Please be advised that there may be a need to close the list at a reasonable time to ensure that all individuals have enough time to meet with an attorney.
