Our team is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to provide support during mental health and substance use crises. During difficult times, we offer sensitive, respectful, and personalized support tailored to the needs of children, teens, and adults. Services are provided at our offices or in your home, school, or other community location, so you don’t have to make an unnecessary emergency room visit.
20 Meadowbrook Road: Adult Community Crisis Stabilization (ACCS)
ACCS provides 24/7 short-term, brief psychiatric stabilization for patients needing psychosocial support and medication management.
30 Meadowbrook Road: Brockton Multi-Service site
The adult outpatient clinic provides outpatient counseling services, adding more nursing case management and patient navigator support. Outpatient services have expanded operating hours.
