Governor Healey signed and Executive Order, establishing the Council and tasking the Council with making recommendations on how Massachusetts can ensure that all students graduate with the skills necessary to succeed in college, careers, and civic life.
Governor Healey announced her Executive Order to create the Council during her second State of the Commonwealth Address.
