MassDOT service plaza procurement

MassDOT is conducting a new procurement to identify a long-term lease operator to renovate, revitalize and maintain the Commonwealth’s 18 highway service plazas.

MassDOT will release the Request for Proposal (RFP) to operate, maintain, and revitalize the highway service plazas. Each service plaza will be modernized to offer patrons a diverse range of food options including healthy choices, modern and accessible restrooms, travel and gift shopping featuring Massachusetts related items, and convenient gas, diesel, and electric refueling options.
