The MEPA project database, now available through the MEPA Project Search Page of the Environmental Monitor, records all decisions by the Secretary of Energy & Environmental Affairs on Environmental Notification Forms, Environmental Impact Reports, and Notices of Project Change submitted for MEPA review. For the most up-to-date comment period due dates and decisions dates, please use the Environmental Monitor.
This database is provided solely as a courtesy to facilitate public access to projects undergoing MEPA review.
Please note that, as of January 6, 2025, the MEPA Office launched the MEPA e-Filing Portal and consolidated project data available from legacy sources. As a result, the MEPA Project Search Page now contains data records on projects reviewed by MEPA from 1972 to the present. Some data (such as MEPA review thresholds) may not be available for project filings prior to February 2020. In addition, projects reviewed before the legacy database was created in 1991 may contain less information. Note that the legacy database continues to be available for project searches at the link below.
