What topics can MOD consult on?
- The Massachusetts Office on Disability (MOD) answers questions from the public about disability rights, reasonable accommodations, and architectural accessibility regulations. We provide answers to many questions in our disability rights guidance.
- The CAP team provides assistance for issues with Vocational Rehabilitation and Independent Living services.
- MOD also provides training and guidance to state agencies and municipal organizations.
We are not staffed to handle emergencies — voicemails and website messages are reviewed every 1-2 days and usually responded to within a week. If you prefer, you can leave a voicemail on (617) 727-7440, however using the form reduces errors and helps us answer you more efficiently.
