Press Release  Aherne has case continued for one year

PITTSFIELD — A Pittsfield man pleaded guilty this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court to a larceny charge. 40 year old BRAIN P. AHERNE appeared before Judge John Agostini.

AHERNE pleaded guilty to one (1) count of LARCENY BY EMBEZZLEMENT, ON GOING AND CONTINUING OFFENSE. Judge Agostini continued the charge without a finding for 1 year.

AHERNE took approximately $5,000 from the estate of Corrine Wise between October 1, 2010 and October 31, 2013.

The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department.
