Media Contact for Aragon enters not guilty pleas on sexual assault and other charges

PITTSFIELD — A Pittsfield man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on sexual assault charges. 46 year old JUAN P. ARAGON (224 Bradford Street) appeared before Judge John Agostini.
ARAGON had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on one (1) count of INDECENT ASSAULT AND BATTERY ON A CHILD UNDER 14, one (1) count of INDECENT ASSAULT AND BATTERY ON A PERSON WHO HAS ATTAINED 14 YEARS OF AGE, two (2) counts of ENTICING A CHILD UNDER 16 and one (1) count of MISLEADING A POLICE OFFICER OR OTHER PERSON. Judge Agostini released him on personal recognizance on the condition ARAGON have no contact with the alleged victims.
The incident is alleged to have occurred in Pittsfield on March 25, 2017 and involved two girls ages 13 and 14.
The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department.
