PITTSFIELD — A Pittsfield man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on several charges. 28 year old MICHAEL A. BAILEY, JR. a/k/a MIKE A. BAILEY, JR. appeared before Judge John Agostini.
BAILEY had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on two (2) counts of BREAKING AND ENTERING IN THE NIGHTTIME WITH INTENT TO COMMIT A FELONY and two (2) counts of LARCENY FROM A BUILDING. Judge Agostini ordered that be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $10,000 bail.
