PITTSFIELD — Two Adams residents pleaded guilty this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court. 42 year old MEGAN BATES and 32 year old WESLEY S. CHILDERS appeared before Judge John Agostini.
BATES and CHILDERS pleaded guilty to one (1) count each of PERMITTING BODILY INJURY TO A CHILD. Judge Agostini accepted the guilty pleas and continued the cases without a finding for one year.
The incident occurred in Adams on June 5, 2015 and involved a boy who was three months old at the time.
The investigation was conducted by State Police Detectives assigned to the District Attorney’s Office.
