PITTSFIELD — A Pittsfield man pleaded guilty this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court to a robbery charge. 42 year old MIKE BEDFORD a/k/a MICHAEL BEDFORD appeared before Judge John Agostini.
BEDFORD pleaded guilty to one (1) count of ARMED ROBBERY WHILE MASKED. Judge Agostini ordered that he serve a 7 to 8 year state prison sentence at the Massachusetts Correctional Institution at Cedar Junction.
BEDFORD held up the Greylock Federal Credit Union branch at 1644 North Street, Pittsfield, on December 30, 2015.
The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department.
