The BBQ was hosted by Northern Berkshire District Court, the Pittsfield Community Justice Support Center, Community Service Program, and Pretrial Services.

“We presented the B.F.P with a plaque and a certificate acknowledging and thanking them for the work they do in our community,” said North Adams District Court Chief Probation Officer Donald Wright. “This community engagement event offered our group the opportunity to give a little something back to the Berkshire Food Project which has been serving healthy meals to members of the Northern Berkshire community since 1987. The Berkshire Food Project is one of our ‘go to’ community service sites for the Northern Berkshire area as they host community service members throughout the year,” said Chief Wright.
