PITTSFIELD — A Hinsdale man was arraigned this morning in Berkshire Superior Court on sexual assault charges.  28 year old SHANE K. BOUDREAU (419 New Windsor Road) appeared before Judge John Agostini. 

BOUDREAU had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on one (1) count of ENTICING A CHILD UNDER THE AGE OF 16 and one (1) count of ATTEMPT TO COMMIT A CRIME, TO WIT: RAPE AND ABUSE OF A CHILD.  Judge Agostini ordered that he be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $20,000 bail.    

The incident is alleged to have occurred in Hinsdale on May 11, 2018.        

The investigation was conducted by state police detectives assigned to the Berkshire District Attorney’s Office and members of the Hinsdale Police Department.
