An e-mail with a User ID, as well as a link to the Filer Module, was sent to each filer (appointed public employees and elected public officials) with a valid e-mail address in the SFI system.
- The filing deadline for appointed public employees to file their CY 2020 SFI is Monday, May 3, 2021.
- The filing deadline for elected public officials to file their CY 2020 SFI is Tuesday, May 25, 2021.
As a result of COVID-19 restrictions, the Commission is unable to accept an in-person submission of your CY 2020 SFI. If you still need to file manually, you must mail the signed and completed SFI form to:
