All Filers are strongly encouraged to file electronically using the SFI system at www.sfi.eth.mass.gov

For more information, please visit the Commission’s File Your Statement of Financial Interests section of our website, which includes a CY 2020 Quick User Guide and a PDF of the CY 2020 manual form.

An e-mail with a User ID, as well as a link to the Filer Module, was sent to each filer (appointed public employees and elected public officials) with a valid e-mail address in the SFI system.

  • The filing deadline for appointed public employees to file their CY 2020 SFI is Monday, May 3, 2021.
  • The filing deadline for elected public officials to file their CY 2020 SFI is Tuesday, May 25, 2021.

As a result of COVID-19 restrictions, the Commission is unable to accept an in-person submission of your CY 2020 SFI. If you still need to file manually, you must mail the signed and completed SFI form to:

State Ethics Commission
One Ashburton Place, Room 619

Please note that an SFI mailed to the Commission will be deemed filed on the date that it is received.
