Filers are strongly encouraged to file electronically using the SFI system at www.sfi.eth.mass.gov.

An e-mail with a User ID, as well as a link to the Filer Module, was sent to each filer (appointed public employees and elected public officials) with a valid e-mail address in the SFI system.
The deadline for appointed public employees to file their CY 2025 SFI is Friday, May 1, 2026.
The deadline for elected public officials to file their CY 2025 SFI is Tuesday, May 26, 2026.

A mailed SFI will be deemed filed on the date it is received by the Commission. The Commission does not accept faxed or e-mailed SFIs for filing.
