Press Release  Carsno pleads guilty to a conspiracy charge

PITTSFIELD — A Pittsfield woman pleaded guilty this morning in Berkshire Superior Court to a drug charge.  34 year old STEPHANIE M. CARSNO appeared before Judge John Agostini. 

CARSNO pleaded guilty to one (1) count of CONSPIRACY TO VIOLATE DRUG LAWS, TO WIT: POSSESSION OF COCAINE WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE.  Judge Agostini ordered that she serve a 63 day sentence (time served) at the Hampden County House of Correction.      

The charge stems from the execution of a search warrant at her home on March 4, 2016.     

One (1) count of POSSESSION OF COCAINE WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE (2^nd offense) was dismissed at the request of the Commonwealth.   

The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department.
