PITTSFIELDA Pittsfield woman pleaded guilty this morning in Berkshire Superior Court to a drug charge.  34 year old STEPHANIE M. CARSNO appeared before Judge John Agostini. 

CARSNO pleaded guilty to one (1) count of CONSPIRACY TO VIOLATE DRUG LAWS, TO WIT: POSSESSION OF COCAINE WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE.  Judge Agostini ordered that she serve a 63 day sentence (time served) at the Hampden County House of Correction.      

The charge stems from the execution of a search warrant at her home on March 4, 2016.     

One (1) count of POSSESSION OF COCAINE WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE (2nd offense) was dismissed at the request of the Commonwealth.   

The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department.
