PITTSFIELD — A Holyoke man pleaded guilty this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court to drug charges. 23 year old HENRI E. CAUDLE appeared before Judge John Agostini.
CAUDLE pleaded guilty to one (1) count of POSSESSION OF HEROIN and (1) count of POSSESSION OF COCAINE. Judge Agostini placed him on probation for 1 year.
The charges stem from the execution of a search warrant at 144 Brayton Hill Terrace in North Adams on December 6, 2016.
One (1) count of ILLEGAL POSSESSION OF A LARGE CAPACITY WEAPON, one (1) count of ILLEGAL POSSESSION OF A LARGE CAPACITY FEEDING DEVICE, one (1) count of POSSESSION OF A LARGE CAPACITY FIREARM, RIFLE OR SHOTGUN DURING THE COMMISSION OF A FELONY, one (1) count of IMPROPER STORAGE OF A LARGE CAPACITY FIREARM, one (1) count of CONSPIRACY TO VIOLATE DRUG LAWS, TO WIT: POSSESSION OF HEROIN WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE, one (1) count of CONSPIRACY TO VIOLATE DRUG LAWS, TO WIT: POSSESSION OF COCAINE WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE and one (1) count of POSSESSION OF AMMUNITION WITHOUT A FIREARM IDENTIFICATION CARD were dismissed at the request of the Commonwealth.
The investigation was conducted by members of the Dalton and North Adams Police Departments, the Berkshire County Sheriff’s Office and state troopers assigned to the District Attorney’s Office, members of the Berkshire Law Enforcement Task Force.
