Northern Berkshire District Court’s Cultural Appreciation Week event this morning featured remarks from North Adams Mayor Jennifer Macksey and State Representative John Barrett, III, as well as high energy dance and music performances by students from the Bart Charter School in North Adams. Clerk Magistrate Morey welcomed the audience and provided opening remarks.
