The Chicopee Police Department, in partnership with local agencies and stakeholders, hosted a two-day training on The Situation Table, a proactive model for identifying and supporting individuals and families experiencing Acutely Elevated Risk (AER). This collaborative, community-centered approach helps prevent crises by rapidly coordinating assistance across sectors. The Chicopee Department of Veterans Services participated in the event, ensuring that veterans and their families can connect to the resources they need. This training reflects Chicopee’s ongoing commitment to holistic community safety and care.
