PITTSFIELDAn Adams man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court. 31 year old WESLEY S. CHILDERS appeared before Judge John Agostini.

CHILDERS had a not guilty plea entered on his behalf on one (1) count of PERMITTING BODILY INJURY TO A CHILD. Judge Agostini released him on personal recognizance.

The incident is alleged to have occurred in Adams on August 5, 2015 and involved a boy who was three months old at the time.

The investigation was conducted by State Police Detectives assigned to the District Attorney’s Office.
