Media Contact for Connors enters not guilty pleas on gun charges

PITTSFIELD — A Pittsfield man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on several charges. 25 year old CHRISTOPHER S. CONNORS (33 Chatham Street) appeared before Judge John Agostini.
CONNORS had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on one (1) count of ARMED ASSAULT WITH INTENT TO ROB, one (1) count of ASSAULT AND BATTERY BY DISCHARGING A FIREARM, one (1) count of ILLEGAL POSSESSION OF A FIREARM and one (1) count of DISCHARGING A FIREARM WITHIN 500 FEET OF A BUILDING. Judge Agostini released him on personal recognizance.
The charges stem from an incident on Elm Street in Pittsfield on June 8, 2018.
The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department.
