PITTSFIELD — A Pittsfield man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on several charges. 20 year old JUSTIN D. CRAWFORD appeared before Judge John Agostini.
CRAWFORD had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on one (1) count of ILLEGAL POSSESSION OF A LARGE CAPACITY FEEDING DEVICE, one (1) count of ILLEGAL POSSESSION OF A FIREARM, one (1) count of POSSESSION OF A FIREARM WITH A DEFACED SERIAL NUMBER, one (1) count of POSSESSION OF COCAINE WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE and one (1) count of POSSESSION OF OXYCODONE. Judge Agostini ordered that he be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $25,500 bail.
The firearm charges stem from an incident in Pittsfield on October 2, 2017. The drug charges stem from CRAWFORD’S arrest on the firearm charges on October 10, 2017.
The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department.
