Press Release  Daniels arraigned on a drug charge

PITTSFIELD — A North Adams man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on a drug charge.  33 year old TARRIN DANIELS (1 Isbell Street) appeared before Judge John Agostini. 

DANIELS had a not guilty plea entered on his behalf on one (1) count of POSSESSION OF COCAINE WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE (2^nd offense).  Judge Agostini released him on personal recognizance. 

The charges stem from a motor vehicle stop in North Adams on January 18, 2018.    

The investigation was conducted by members of the North Adams Police Department.
