News  DEA-Registered Practitioner Training Requirement

A new one-time eight-hour training requirement goes into effect beginning June 27, 2023

Wakefield — Beginning on June 27, 2023, the Drug Enforcement Administration will require all DEA-registered practitioners to affirm that they have completed a new one-time, eight-hour training requirement on the treatment and management of patients with opioid or other substance use disorders.
