Press Release  Deordio held on bail on pornography charges

PITTSFIELD — A North Adams man was arraigned this morning in Berkshire Superior Court on child pornography charges.  43 year old ANTHONY K. DEORDIO (30 Temple Street) appeared before Judge Daniel Ford.

DEORDIO had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on three (3) counts of KNOWINGLY POSSESSING VISUAL MATERIAL OF A CHILD DEPICTED IN SEXUAL CONDUCT.   Judge Ford ordered that he be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $2,500 bail.       

It is alleged that DEORDIO was in possession of child pornography between January 28, 2018 and March 27, 2018.      

The investigation was conducted by members of the North Adams Police Department and State Troopers assigned to the District Attorney’s Office, members of the Berkshire Law Enforcement Task Force.
