- Division of Occupational Licensure
The Division of Occupational Licensure has issued guidance on the new licensing requirements for ticket sellers, resellers and facilitators. The Division is currently establishing new licensing applications, standards and processes to implement sections 185A through 185E of chapter 140 of the General Laws, as amended by Section 249 of Chapter 238 of the Acts of 2024.
DOL requests that persons and entities who may be subject to the new licensing requirements, as well as other interested parties, provide their information to the Division. The Division will use the submitted contact information to update you on our process.
