Pittsfield — A Pittsfield man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on several charges. 58 year old DANIEL J. DONNELLY (25 Hamlin Street) appeared before Judge John Agostini.
DONNELLY had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on one (1) count of BREAKING AND ENTERING IN THE NIGHTTIME WITH INTENT TO COMMIT A FELONY and one (1) count of LARCENY FROM A BUILDING. Judge Agostini released him on $500 bail.
It is alleged that DONNELLY broke into the Lipton Mart on South Street in Pittsfield on April 18, 2018.
The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department.
