PITTSFIELD — A North Adams man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on drug charges. 34 year old ROBERT J. DONNELLY III (17.5 Jackson Street) appeared before Judge John Agostini.

DONNELLY had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on one (1) count of POSSESSION OF HEROIN (2nd offense), one (1) count of POSSESSION OF COCAINE WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE (2nd offense) and one (1) count of POSSESSION OF A CLASS E SUBSTANCE. Judge Agostini released him on $1,000 bail.

The charges stem from an incident in North Adams on August 14, 2017.

The investigation was conducted by members of the North Adams Police Department.
