Press Release  Dufur arrested in Newberry and charged with giving harmful materials to minors

PITTSFIELD — An Adams man has been arrested in the eastern part of Massachusetts and charged with providing harmful materials to minors. 

35 year old ROBERT S. DUFUR was arraigned in Newburyport District Court on November 4, 2018.  He had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on six (6) counts of PROVIDING HARMFUL MATTER TO A MINOR.  DUFUR was placed on $10,000 bail and is being held at the Middleton House of Correction.  He is due back in Court on January 9, 2019. 

DUFUR was arrested by members of the Newberry Police Department.  Assisting in the investigation were members of the Pittsfield and Adams Police Departments.
