On June 9, 2025, the Eastern Essex District Department of Veterans’ Services hosted a special fishing trip at Cape Ann’s Marina Resort in Gloucester, Massachusetts. The day was all about camaraderie, connection, and community, giving local veterans an opportunity to relax and recharge in the fresh ocean air.
Veterans spent the day on the water, sharing stories, laughter, and meaningful moments away from their everyday routines. The trip was a reminder of the importance of community programs that support veterans’ well-being through fellowship and shared experiences.
