Press Release  Fernandez arraigned on drug charges

PITTSFIELD — A Pittsfield man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on drug charges.  28 year old TROY A. FERNANDEZ (150 West Housatonic Street) appeared before Judge Maureen Hogan. 

FERNANDEZ had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on one (1) count of POSSESSION OF HEROIN WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE and one (1) count of POSSESSION OF COCAINE WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE.  Judge Hogan ordered that he be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $10,000 bail.  

The charges stem from an incident in Pittsfield on April 5, 2018.   

The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield and Dalton Police Departments, the Berkshire County Sheriff’s Office and state troopers assigned to the District Attorney’s Office, members of the Berkshire Law Enforcement Task Force.
