PITTSFIELD — A Pittsfield man was arraigned this morning in Berkshire Superior Court on drug charges. 24 year old JACOB C. FERRY (34 South John Street) appeared before Judge John Agostini.
FERRY had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on one (1) count of POSSESSION OF COCAINE WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE and two (2) counts of CONSPIRACY TO VIOLATE DRUG LAWS, TO WIT: POSSESSION OF COCAINE WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE. Judge Agostini released him on personal recognizance as FERRY is being held on bail on other pending charges.
The charges stem from the execution of a search warrant at his home on August 1, 2018.
The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department, the Berkshire County Sheriff’s Office and state troopers assigned to the District Attorney’s Office, members of the Berkshire Law Enforcement Task Force.
