Press Release  Gregory arraigned on firearm and B&E charges

PITTSFIELD — A North Adams man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on several charges.  24 year old RYAIN ALEXANDER GREGORY (80.5 Holbrook Street) appeared before Judge Maureen Hogan. 

GREGORY had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on one (1) count of TRAFFICKING IN FIREARMS, one (1) count of BREAKING AND ENTERING A MOTOR VEHICLE IN THE NIGHTTIME WITH INTENT TO COMMIT A FELONY and one (1) count of LARCENY OF A FIREARM.  Judge Hogan ordered that he be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $700 bail.          

The incident is alleged to have occurred in North Adams on March 11, 2018.                   

The investigation was conducted by members of the North Adams Police Department.
