Press Release  Hall pleads guilty to drug charges

PITTSFIELDA Pittsfield man pleaded guilty this morning in Berkshire Superior Court to drug charges.  26 year old JERREL L. HALL appeared before Judge Mark Mason.  

HALL pleaded guilty to one (1) count of POSSESSION OF HEROIN WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE (2nd offense).  Judge Mason ordered that he serve a 4-5 year state prison sentence at the Massachusetts Correctional Institute at Cedar Junction.  

The charge stemmed from the execution of an arrest warrant for HALL on May 23, 2016.   

One (1) count of ARMED CAREER FELON, one (1) count of ILLEGAL POSSESSION OF A FIREARM (2nd offense), and one (1) count of POSSESSION OF A FIREARM WITH A DEFACED SERIAL NUMBER were dismissed at the request of the Commonwealth.

The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department.
