PITTSFIELD — A Pittsfield woman was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on several charges. 38 year old JENNIFER HALLOCK (10 Francis Avenue) appeared before Judge John Agostini.
HALLOCK had not guilty pleas entered on her behalf on two (2) counts of EXHIBITING OR POSING A CHILD IN THE NUDE, two (2) counts of DISSEMINATION OF OBSCENE MATTER and two (2) counts of RECKLESS ENDANGERMENT OF A CHILD. Judge Agostini released her on personal recognizance on the condition HALLOCK have no unsupervised contact with the alleged victims.
The incidents are alleged to have occurred in Pittsfield between January 1, 2010 and January 1, 2018 and allegedly involved two girls who are now 14 and 16 years of age.
The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department.
