On July 9, 2025, the Military Friends Foundation hosted a Hero Meals event in Swampscott, Massachusetts, to honor and support local veterans. The afternoon brought together dozens of veterans for a warm and welcoming gathering that celebrated their service through shared meals and community connection.
Attendees received both perishable and nonperishable food items, ensuring they had access to nutritious meals beyond the event itself. Volunteers worked side by side to distribute the donations, offering not just resources but also gratitude and camaraderie.
