Press Release  Honiker enters not guilty pleas on gun and drug charges

PITTSFIELD — A Lee man was arraigned this morning in Berkshire Superior Court on several charges. 30 year old JOSHUA J. HONIKER (685 Cape Street) appeared before Judge John Agostini.

HONIKER had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on one (1) count of POSSESSION OF HEROIN WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE (2^nd offense), one (1) count of POSSESSION OF A FIREARM DURING THE COMMISSION OF A FELONY, one (1) count of ARMED CAREER FELON, one (1) count of ILLEGAL OWNERSHIP OF A FIREARM, RIFLE OR SHOTGUN and one (1) count of POSSESSION OF COCAINE (2^nd offense). Judge Agostini ordered that he be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $25,000 bail.

The charges stem from a disturbance in Lee on September 5, 2017.

The investigation was conducted by members of the Lee Police Department.
