PITTSFIELD — A Becket man appeared in Berkshire Superior Court this afternoon.  72 year old ALEXANDER JACK appeared before Judge John Agostini.    

JACK had a charge of INTIMIDATION OF A WITNESS OR OTHER PERSON continued without a change of plea for 1 year.              

It was alleged that JACK intimidated a victim in a criminal investigation.  The incident was alleged to have occurred in Becket between August 6, 2016 and August 7, 2016.       

The investigation was conducted by state police detectives assigned to the District Attorney’s Office.
