PITTSFIELD — A Pittsfield man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on a drug charge. 34 year old CLINTON E. JENNINGS appeared before Judge John Agostini.
JENNINGS had a not guilty plea entered on his behalf on one (1) count of POSSESSION OF COCAINE WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE (2nd offense). Judge Agostini ordered that he be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $2,000 bail.
The charge stems from an incident in Pittsfield on February 2, 2018.
The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department.
