PITTSFIELD — A Pittsfield man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court. 40 year old THOMAS R. JOHNSON (4 Memorial Drive) appeared before Judge John Agostini.

JOHNSON had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on one (1) count of TRAFFICKING IN COCAINE and one (1) count of POSSESSION OF AMMUNITION WITHOUT A FIREARM IDENTIFICATION CARD. Judge Agostini released him on $2,500 bail.

The charges stem from the execution of a search warrant at his home on December 12, 2017.

The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department, the Berkshire County Sheriff’s Office and state troopers assigned to the District Attorney’s Office, members of the Berkshire Law Enforcement Task Force.
