Press Release  Jones pleads not guilty to drug charges in Superior Court

PITTSFIELD — A Pittsfield man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on a drug charge.  28 year old JAYCE JONES (73 Lincoln Street) appeared before Judge John Agostini. 

JONES had a not guilty plea entered on his behalf on one (1) count of POSSESSION OF COCAINE WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE.  Judge Agostini released him on $500 bail.  

The charge stems from the execution of a search warrant at his home on March 9, 2018. 

The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department, the Berkshire County Sheriff’s Office and state troopers assigned to the District Attorney’s Office, members of the Berkshire Law Enforcement Task Force.
