Press Release  Lambach charged with sexual trafficking

PITTSFIELDA Becket man was arraigned this morning in Berkshire Superior Court on several charges.  45 year old RANDY W. LAMBACH (289 Mitchell Road) appeared before Judge John Agostini.

LAMBACH had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on nine (9) counts of TRAFFICKING A PERSON FOR SEXUAL SERVITUDE, seven (7) counts of DERIVING SUPPORT FROM PROSTITUTION, one (1) count of CONSPIRACY TO TRAFFICK PERSONS FOR SEXUAL SERVITUDE, one (1) count of PAYING FOR SEXUAL CONDUCT and one (1) count of INTIMIDATION OF A WITNESS OR OTHER PERSON.  Judge Agostini ordered that he be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction without the right to bail.   

It is alleged that LAMBACH trafficked nine women to engage in commercial sexual activity.  The incidents are alleged to have occurred in Pittsfield between November 1, 2014 and November 14, 2017.     

The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department.
