Press Release  Lambach enters not guilty pleas, held on bail

PITTSFIELDA Becket man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on several charges.  46 year old RANDY W. LAMBACH (289 Mitchell Road) appeared before Judge John Agostini.

LAMBACH had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on one (1) count of OPEN AND GROSS LEWDNESS, one (1) count of DISSEMINATING HARMFUL MATTER TO A MINOR, two (2) counts of ENTICING A CHILD UNDER 16 and two (2) counts ANNOYING AND ACCOSTING A PERSON OF THE OPPOSITE SEX.  Judge Agostini ordered that he be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $5,000 bail.   

The incidents are alleged to have occurred in Pittsfield between January 1, 2010 and January 1, 2018 and allegedly involved two girls who are now 14 and 16 years of age.       

The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department.
