PITTSFIELD — A Dalton man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on sexual assault charges. 40 year old JUSTIN R. LARIMORE (51 Ensign Avenue) appeared before Judge John Agostini.

LARIMORE had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on three (3) counts of RAPE AND ABUSE OF A CHILD AGGRAVATED BY AN AGE DIFFERENCE and two (2) counts of INDECENT ASSAULT AND BATTERY ON A CHILD UNDER 14. Judge Agostini released him on personal recognizance on the condition he have no contact with the alleged victim.

The incidents are alleged to have occurred in Pittsfield between September 1, 2012 and September 24, 2013 and involved a child who is now 17 years of age

The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department.
