PITTSFIELD — A North Adams man was arraigned this morning in Berkshire Superior Court on several charges. 22 year old KEITH S. LARRABEE (137 East Quincy Street) appeared before Judge John Agostini.

LARRABEE had a not guilty plea entered on his behalf on one (1) count of ASSAULT AND BATTERY in connection with an incident in North Adams on August 24, 2017 involving a 42 year old man.

LARRABEE also had not guilty pleas entered on three (3) counts of ASSAULT BY MEANS OF A DANGEROUS WEAPON and one (1) count of ASSAULT AND BATTERY. Those charges stem from an incident in North Adams involving three men, ages 38, 23 and 17 and allegedly occurred on September 19, 2017.

Judge Agostini ordered that he be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction without the right to bail.

The investigation was conducted by members of the North Adams Police Department.
