PITTSFIELD — A Pittsfield man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on several charges. 35 year old JEREMY LEVERNOCH (768 Tyler Street) appeared before Judge Daniel Ford.
LEVERNOCH had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on one (1) count of BREAKING AND ENTERING A BUILDING IN THE DAYTIME WITH INTENT TO COMMIT A FELONY, one (1) count of LARCENY OVER $250 and six (6) counts of RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY OVER $250.
